Up to £8 billion of benefits are unclaimed and due to people in the UK. Research suggests that for every £1 generated from benefit take-up, this is worth £7 to the local economy.

The Bureau can carry out a benefit check to see if you are receiving all the benefits and tax credits you are entitled to.  We can assist you to make applications and contact the Department of Work & Pensions or HM Revenue & Customs on your behalf.

In addition, if you are applying for an ill health or sickness benefit and have been turned down, or have had one of these benefits stopped, we can assist you to appeal and in some cases represent you at tribunal stage.

If you are house bound or disabled we may be able to offer a home visiting service; contact us for further details.

Click here to print off a Benefit Check form to complete and return to us for checking.
