Volunteering Opportunities

The easiest ways to view volunteering opportunities in Shetland either is to:

• download a list of our local opportunities   or

• visit national Volunteer Scotland Database:
  enter the postcode ZE1 in the [Post Code or Town] box, and
  select 50 miles from the drop down menu in the [radius] box.  

If you are interested in any of our volunteering opportunities please contact us to find out more.  We can do all the groundwork for you and arrange introductory meetings and even accompany you to organisations where you might like to volunteer.

In order to help us match you with the best volunteering opportunity for you, we can enter your details on our database, which contains details of organisations who want volunteers and opportunities that they have which need to be filled.  

If you want to fill in the form you can email it back, or print it out and fax or mail it to us, or come into the office to discuss.  This information will remain strictly confidential.
