Thermal Imaging

This service provides a full report including detailed images of the surveyed area or item.

Thermography can be used in any process where the temperature of the object gives an indication of its state.  It is a non-contact technique enabling inspections to be made whilst a system is in operation and under load, therefore reducing time. Potentially dangerous observations can also be made at a safe distance and it is often possible to carry them out with safety fences still in place

Specific examples of thermal imaging application:

Building Analysis

Trace heat losses, moisture analysis, roof investigation, cable detection, pipe corrosion and leakage direction of water lines and floor heating.

Engine Industry

Temperature distribution of engine components, monitoring of bearings, seals and clutches, heat formation through friction.

Mechanical Systems

Evaluate cold storage cooling losses, identify insulation leaks in refrigeration equipment, detect thermal patterns on boiler tubes, furnace inspections.

Electronic

Temperature determinayion of critical components, prevention of heat accumulation, component ageing.

Power Supply

Inspection of high-voltage transmission lines and transformers, corrosion of cables and switching units.
