Supporting Older People to remain at Home:
a workshop for service providers and community leaders

We are facing the challenge of how best to support our ageing population. The Reshaping Care for Older People agenda is live and our communities have a vital role to play in ensuring older people are supported to remain safely and comfortably at home.
You and your organisation have something important to contribute to the workshop, organised by the Reshaping Care Partnership, which will address some of the key questions such as:

• How can we harness the strength of our existing community networks to support older people?
• What community led services can be built on?
• Are volunteers part of the solution to support older people?
• Are carers’ voices heard in service planning and delivery?
• Where are the gaps? What needs to happen first?
